Return Policy

Returns are accepted for a refund within 30 days after the date of the invoice. Each product returned must be in its original packaging and condition. Item must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts, instructions, and accessories must be included and in its original packaging in order to receive a full credit.

All defective returns and exchanges require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Contact our office for an RMA#, which must be put on the outside of the box. Any returns sent to our warehouse without an RMA # will be refused.

Shipping Charges

Standard of Safety Defense Products LLC. does not refund shipping charges when an item is returned, unless it is determined to be defective. Refunds will be credited minus any shipping and handling charges that were paid by us and applicable restocking fees. Again, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Pepper spray products cannot be returned or exchanged, due to the nature of the product. Products is easily compromised if the product was tested and in good faith we can not re- sell these products to another customer.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging a product due to any other reason other than the product being defective, you will be charged our standard shipping cost to have the exchanged product shipped back to you. Exchanges are contingent upon product inspection once we receive it.

Damage/ missing items/ wrong item sent claims:  Any time an order is received that has been damaged, or items are missing from the order, or the wrong items have been sent, it must be reported to Standard of Safety Defense Products LLC within two business days after receipt of the order. Any claim after two business days will be void.
